What a night we had with you , you slept until 11 30am and for the next four hours nana was in and out of bed sleeping on the floor with you, you would go off to sleep then cough yourself awake and got quite delirious at times crying that mummy said you couldn't wear your Halloween dress, and that the fe-fi-fo-fum was after tinker bell.
Nana got stiff on the floor and there wasn't much room so you got in nanas bed, but you still couldn't sleep, every time you lay down you was very congested, you coughed so bad I thought you were going to be sick, but you wasn't .
Granddad got up with you at 6. am to watch cartoons and mummy and daddy got up at 6.30 as baby had been good last night only waking once,
You got a little upset this morning about not being able to carry baby around. You told nana to go away, that you didn't want to be my friend, you kicked me and said go, I just shrugged my shoulders and went to the kitchen, Mummy fed baby and you sat and watched.
We all had breakfast, and nana and granddad got ready to go out for the day.
We left at 8.30 and you waved from the balcony, then we heard granddad don't go!.
If we had gone back we would never have left. So we just kept quickly going. We got the bus just as we crossed the road, the 273 into the city at wynyard.
As we arrived I had an emergency toilet situation and we dived into the food court below Myers(saved)
The food court had a Gloria Jeans so we had a drink and snack.
Michael got a text to say that sienna had phoned to talk to us that had we gone out because she had upset us.
Very hot today, heat intense.
We took a slow walk down towards the Opera house
We gave up and just took a slow walk towards the Rocks, where we had lunch in a place called quintion, both having salads.
Then we walked up and down all the little art and craft stalls at the market.
Still very hot but a storm brewing, crossed the road from circular Quay and had a cold drink in Starbucks, there was a small shower while we had a rest,
We sat at the quay for a short while but the heat was very intense,
Funnily enough we decided not to cross the road but sheltered outside Lowes till it eased off. Then we had a big streak of lightening, and a thunderous clap of thunder, Michael thought he had been shot.
As the rain eased off there was lots of screaming and shouting and police flashing lights coming towards us, as they drew near it was hundreds of students doing a "Walk of the dead walk" for charity, all dressed up as zombies, ghouls and ghosties.
By the time the Zombies had all walked past tbe rain had stopped completely and we walked across the city to Darling harbour where my poor foot needs a rest so we went into Starbucks for a cup of tea.
6pm we went to 'I'm Angus' for the special of the day. Barramundi fillets around Darling Harbour
We got home after 8pm, we were told that they were going to try out William as a name,
Sienna had fallen asleep on the sofa earlier so was fast asleep in bed by the time we got in.
